Hi, I’m Livia

I am a 200 hour hatha-vinyasa certified yoga teacher, nature lover, integrating yoga in everyday life for more conscious living. I’m bilingual and teach in English and Spanish.

I am a free spirit who likes to experiment with different styles of yoga and create my own unique classes.

My Story

Livia Yoga Story

I intend to live yoga throughout my day, in small gestures, in everything I do, not just on the mat. I aim to live as close to nature’s rhythms as I can, for a simple and more conscious life, helping me stay more deeply connected to Mother Earth, and to my inner self.

Although yoga came into my life at an earlier age, I wasn’t able to fully see it or appreciate it until the age of 25, when I tried to meditate and felt a complete disconnection from myself.

I then turned to the physical aspect of yoga, practicing Power and Vinyasa, where I began to feel my physical pains fade away.

I started teaching my friends and coworkers, working to adapt to every type of body and  age. I loved the feeling of sharing my passion for yoga with others and seeing how it improved their lives.

That is when I decided to take this passion to a new level. It wasn’t until my teacher training that I became curious about the philosophy of yoga, meditation and benefits of breathing techniques.

The more I practiced, the more I realized how quickly my everyday life was changing and evolving. What started as a “one hour yoga practice a day,” quickly changed to actually LIVING yoga, in every moment of my life, and not just on the mat.
